The alchemy of mind, body, soul & emotions

Neo Emotional Release

Find the way to yourself again.

Neo Emotional Release is a unique and powerful approach designed to help individuals manage and release deeply rooted emotions, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

How does it work?

Neo Emotional Release consists of five core components:

  • Human presence

  • Verbal guidance

  • Unconscious visualization

  • Psychosomatic body work

  • Expressive breathing

Understanding the process…

Using a combination of verbal guidance, psychosomatic bodywork and expressive breath, we connect gently, loudly, with activation, with calm, with tears or just with silence.

We follow the rhythm of your emotional waves, guided by the cues and resistance your body signals, to find out whether gentleness or a little courage is required.

These sessions adapt to your individual body language and readiness, ensuring we proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for you. From gentle, supportive touch to cathartic emotional release, each session will unfold naturally and honour your individual journey.

At the heart of our work is creating a safe space for real human connection that promotes authenticity, vulnerability and the full expression of your emotions.

Understanding the basics of our physiology

If all of this is new to you, you may not be aware that our bodies organs all correlate to different emotions. This is nothing new and stems back thousands of years to the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Just as our meridian lines can receive acupuncture to activate energy in different body parts, so too must we understand that our organs and fascia are also connected to particular emotions and health problems.

How can we understand this psychosomatic connection?

The liver is not only our major detoxing organ, it is also where we store anger and connects to our power dynamic. Were you not protected, or were you unable to express anger? The more we don’t allow and process, the more tension that builds up and creates dis-ease in our body.

Testimonials

  • Tobi - Engineer

Dear Kim, I don't really know how to put our time into words. Thank you for your unconditional patience with me, your understanding of my issues and your presence during my deepest emotional processes. The safety my nervous system felt with you made me process a deep emotional trauma.

It was a wonderful experience that changed my inner life.

  • Kate - Somatic Healer

My NER session with Kim was out of this world.

First she created such a safe space for what followed - ecstatic laughter (which ecstatic rapture is one of my gene keys) then an open vision, then absolute peace flooding my body as I was able to let go of the seriousness of life from deep within..

To this day, that session is a reference point for me in every day life, to sometimes just laugh with the madness of life, and do, or not do whatever my heart is telling me to leap into. A weight off my chest, really..

Thank you Kim - you are a true gem 💎

  • Laura - Actress & Gardner

My NER session with Kim really opened up my eyes to a new way of seeing thepain and tension in my body and how it relates to negative emotios and anxiety.

I was sceptical at first, this isn’t the sot of therapy I wuld normally try, but Kim is a natural and I felt deeply at ease.

  • Murat - Educator

I feel really relieved since the Emotional Release session. Both physically and mentally. That was a great gift I received from you. What was definatly good was the familiar relationship with you, that made the whole thing possible for me.

It was theraputic and healing at the same time and I felt very comfortable in your hands. I feel so grateful that I don’t know how to thank you.

  • Jenny - Nurse

I’ve experienced two sessions with Kim now and both have been very interesting and insightful. Kim has a very calming and soothing presence and gives the session lots of space and patience. I feel like she is very good at reading my body and was alsoable to give me tools and suggestions on how to move forward.

In both sessions, she helped me to move energy in my body and reshape a situation from feeling almost hopeless to something I can work with.

Kim is a very attentive listener and always has wisdom to share when we talk. In our last session, she also suggested we pull a card to begin with. It was amazing to see how the card she pulled for me perfectly aligned with the session itself, and how she skillfully combined the two.

If you’re at all drawn to this kind of work, I would highly recommend you work with Kim.

Energy needs safety to show itself. You are not stuck with your emotion. You are stuck with the resistance to fully feel it.

Understanding the power of being fully present

“I finally found the person!!! Oh Kim, I’m so glad to find out it’s you, so I can thank you. That was one of the most powerful moments I experienced at the retreat. Your energy was so powerful and comforting. I felt the surge of energy inside the moment you were in front of me. The first time I’ve ever felt that way. Thank you so much, words cannot describe it fully.

In our individual session I will guide you into the untapped parts of your subconscious, that have not yet been able to be processed.

You may witness the part of you (perhaps a habit) that was trying to protect you. Our subconscious habits come in many forms. From the inexpressibility of our feelings to eating our feelings or drinking them away with alcohol.

Whatever life experience triggered the habit, the feeling, or the emotional shut down, know it came from your body trying to protect you as best it could. Give it and yourself grace. To whatever manifested itself in you, I am here to give it space without judgment.

All of this will probably feels a little crazy at first, but trust me, this is a beautiful unravelling, if you are willing to go there. I remember the moment when I realized to myself: Oh... I haven’t been feeling. Just thinking and rationalizing.

BOOK A SESSION

IN-PERSON

The in-person sessions are conducted in my beautiful studio space in Berlin, Halensee.

The room has been created to feel warm, familiar and calm, with plenty of space for both NER sessions, as well as movement, somatic practices and personal coaching and mentoring.

In-person sessions are typically 90 minutes long.
I suggest clients to have some time afterwards allowing for introspection and processing, rather than rushing to a meeting.

ONLINE

Online sessions last 75 minutes.
15-20 minutes of this time is a chance for us to connect, set intentions and also return back to the conscious space after the session, including time for feedback.

The sessions are conducted via zoom, ideally with you lying down in a comfortable space. The comfort of your own home can offer just as powerful results as in-person sessions, something I’ve experienced personally many times.

FAQ’s

  • It is advised to wear comfortable loose clothing. You will be lying still, but often sessions include movement with somatic or embodiment practices so this way you will feel more free and expressive.
Clothes remain on at all times.

  • Psychosomatic bodywork uses touch in different ways to help you connect feelings, with bodyparts, with emotions all at once.

There are three types of touch. Sensing, supportive and activating.

Sensing is how I read your body and get to know it. I will work with sensing at the beginning of our session to understand where your body is storing tension. This gives me the unconscious story. There is much to be understood from your unique life story, depending on which organs or body parts feel tight, or on which side of the body they present themselves.

  • We are holistic beings, every part of our bodies is intertwined. Numbing out our emotions by not feeling them, keeps them stored in our bodies.

You may not even be aware that you are ignoring your feelings. Do you engage in drinking, eating, TV or social media habits to distract yourself from things you don’t want to deal with?

It’s ok, so did I. It’s in our nature to want to distract ourselves from this discomfort. Deep-rooted core wounds often reside so deeply we don’t even know there is something to deal with.

When you reflect on your past, have you had difficulty in expressing healthy anger? Or feeling shame for being the poor kid at school? Not allowing yourself to feel the sadness from your parents divorce?

From acne, to stiff joints, to IBS or even cancer, these are the manifestations of your unfelt emotions.

NER is integrated with much wisdom from other healing
